Fisher Price Aquarium Swing Assembly Instructions Part One

An instructional guide to setting up the fisher price aquarium baby swing.

For good reason, the Fisher Price Aquarium Cradle swing is one of the bestselling baby swings. With that being said, there is very little doubt that both the relaxing and calming ocean sounds and noises, and the fun underwater theme appeal to babies, as well as parents. However, upon opening the box or packaging and see the new popular baby swing inside, it can become daunting to put everything together so that your baby can enjoy it, and you can find some much needed relaxation. Fortunately, we have put together this two part instructional guide to serve as a supplement to the instructions that are included in the packaging. Soon, your baby will be able to enjoy this excellent swing, and you will be able to cherish the moments of seeing your baby discover the underwater world it provides.

The first thing you have to do is put together the bottom of the legs. Find the piece for the lower-left leg of the swing and lay it on a flat surface. It is best to place it with the long side parallel to the floor and the shorter side perpendicular to the floor. Once you have done this, find the “foot” piece and connect it to the lower leg piece. When it is properly placed, insert the 8-by-1/2 inch screw through the foot and into the leg piece. Make sure that the screw is tight. Once you have completed this step, repeat this process for the lower-right leg of the swing.

The next important step is putting together the top part of the legs. Find the piece for the upper-left leg of the swing and position it so the red dot on that piece is facing up. Hold down the side button, and then slide the upper-left leg piece of the swing into the lower-left leg piece. You will know when it is properly placed once you hear a click. Repeat this process again for the upper-right leg of the swing.

Slip the fantastically designed fabric panel onto the legs. At this point, it would be wise to double check that the button holes on the fabric are facing up and that the legs are positioned away from you. As you check this, also make sure that the button holes of the panel are placed properly into the rivets of the swing’s leg pieces.

Snapping the top elbow pieces into the appropriate leg is next. Make note of the R and L on these pieces, as they indicate which piece should go on the right and which should go on the left. Check to make sure that you hear a clicking noise as the pieces go into place to make sure everything is properly positioned.

At this point, check what you have done already. Place the swing upright and check to make sure that all four of the swing’s feel are flat on the floor. Also check to make sure that the pieces labeled L are in fact on the left side, and vice versa with the right side. Correct any mistakes you may notice.
